Is there any relevant certification for customized products?
We will confirm the certificates required for the product with the customer before customization, and complete all the agreed certifications before the product is delivered, and write it into the contract agreed by both parties.

Can you provide samples? Should l pay for samples?
We are pleased to provide product samples, with the sample cost and shipping fees to be covered by your company. Considering the high value of samples and significant international logistics expenses, we highly recommend arranging an on-site visit to our facilities. This will allow your team to witness the testing procedures firsthand and engage in technical discussions with our engineers. Simultaneously, we will provide comprehensive test videos and detailed technical documentation for your reference.
